Please note: Tickets are only open to August 3rd Belgium Comes to Cooperstown ticketholders. Two dish presentations will be made. Please choose 4pm or 5pm.

Brewery Ommegang and Saveur Magazine are bringing their beer and food pairing showdown back home to Cooperstown, for the 2013 finale: Hop Chef: BCTC.

Chefs have competed in Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago to compete at Belgium Comes to Cooperstown. The line up of 2013 Hop Chef contestants include: Nick Macri of SouthWark - Philadelphia,  Michael Lombardi Jr. of The Salty Pig - Boston, Josh Smith of Franklin Cafe - Boston, Cosmo Goss of Publican Quality Meats - Chicago and Mark Graham of Max London's- Saratoga Springs, NY.

Dishes will be paired with Ommegang ales and served sustainably on VerTerra to our panel of judges to taste and score.
